Refund policy

At Bridgwater Pharmacies, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at bridgwaterpharmacies@gmail.com Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns for dispensed medicines (P medicines, GSL medicines, or POM medicines); these items can only be safely destroyed. Ensure you double-check your order, including the correct medicine and strength, before completing your purchase.

Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
