Cost: Free for orders over £50; £3.99 for orders under £50.
Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 3-4 working days.
Features:
- Regular tracking updates from dispatch.
- Option to select a safe place for delivery if not at home.
- Optional text updates about delivery.
- Orders placed before 11 AM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Cost: £6.99 for orders under £50.
Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 1-2 working days (Royal Mail estimate, not a guarantee. Approximately 99% of orders arrive the next day).
Features:
- Track your order from the moment it leaves our pharmacy.
- Option to select a safe place for delivery if not at home.
- Optional text updates about delivery.
- Orders placed before 8 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Order Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed before 11 AM for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery Estimates: While we aim to meet delivery times, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to external factors.
Upgrading Delivery: You can upgrade to Express Delivery by increasing your basket value or paying an additional shipping cost.
Shipping Costs: The above rates apply to UK Mainland deliveries. Additional charges may apply for other areas.
Tracking: All tracked deliveries allow you to monitor your order’s journey and make arrangements for receiving your package.
Safe Place Delivery: If you're unavailable, you can designate a safe place for Royal Mail to leave your package.
